If you must cancel an appointment, a 24 hour advance notice is necessary to avoid charges for your reserved time.

No.  I no longer take insurance.  Due to the reporting requirements on treatment, and the intrusion on client’s privacy by managed care, I choose not to accept insurance co-pays.  I will be happy to supply a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.  Please check with your insurance company to see if this is an option for you.
