For more than 20 years I have been working with children, adolescents, families, couples and individuals who are seeking solutions for dealing with life’s challenges. 

My goal is to help clients discover and more effectively utilize their own inner strengths and to acquire, develop and become proficient in applying new skills to live healthier lives.  It is my belief that everyone has the potential to grow and learn from past trials. By learning the art of self-encouragement and acceptance, we can then better understand ourselves and be open to one another.
